Child Safety Standards
Version 1.0 | Updated 29 September 2026
Mohabbath, operated by Miaga Technologies LLP ("we", "us", "our"), is a matrimonial platform for adults only. This page sets out our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and how we protect children on the Mohabbath app and the website mohabbathmatrimony.com (the "Platform").
1. Our position
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child is banned on the Platform and is illegal under Indian law.
2. Who can use Mohabbath
The Platform is only for people who are legally eligible to marry: women must be at least 18 and men at least 21. A profile for anyone below these ages is not allowed, whether the person creates it or a parent, relative or friend creates it for them. We check the date of birth at sign-up, and we may remove any profile that we find, or reasonably suspect, belongs to a minor. We do not allow the Platform to be used to arrange, promote or discuss the marriage of a child.
3. What is not allowed
The following are strictly prohibited:
- child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including photographs, videos, drawings or computer-generated images, and any link to such material;
- sexual or suggestive content involving a minor, or photographs of a minor used in a sexual or exploitative way;
- grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to contact, pressure or exploit a minor;
- profiles, photographs or messages that involve, offer or seek a marriage with a minor;
- encouraging or helping anyone else to do any of the above.
4. How we deal with concerns
- Reporting in the app: Every profile and conversation has a Report option. Members can choose a reason, add details, and block the person at the same time.
- Review: Our team looks at reports and gives priority to concerns about a child's safety.
- Action: Where we find that these standards have been broken, we may remove the content and suspend or remove the account, and we may restrict the mobile number linked to it from using the Platform again.
- Authorities: Where the law requires, we will report the matter to the police or the appropriate authority and keep the information the law requires us to keep. We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
- Review of these standards: We may update this page from time to time, including when the law changes.
5. How to report a concern
If you see a profile, photograph or message that may involve a child, please report it in the app using Report on the profile or conversation, and choose the child safety option. You can also write to us directly.
